This area promotes the development of curricula and teaching materials to train coaches with an adapted sporting perspective, the coaching of athletes with disabilities at various stages, and the development of assistive methods for the construction of equipment and other environments. We aim to improve athletic performance and research capabilities by expanding para-sport research (including the development of equipment and other resources). Through Paralympic Education, we will develop the theory and practice of physical education and sport with an adapted sports perspective in cooperation with the affiliated schools of University of Tsukuba.
